Executive Officer is person who manages the affairs of a corporation.

B. What are the responsibility of Executive Officer?

ü  Have responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s long term strategy.

ü  Lead and oversee of the implementation of the company’s long term and short term plans.

ü  Assess the principal risk of the company


ü  Communicate  effectively with shareholders, emplyees, other stakeholders and the public.
