Tragedy of common man is a tragic life that is experienced by a commoner. In drama, tragedy of a common man is a tragic play that happens to the main character. Usually in the end, the main character commits suicide because of human weakness, like Willy Loman in Death of Salesman by Arthur Miller and Jack Townsend in Abortion by Eugene O'Neill.
