Dear Mr. Muller:
On June 8, I invited my business clientele to have dinner in your
restaurant. It was to entertain and impress an important out-of-town business
associate. We know that Club Bruce is such a prestigious restaurant so that I
wanted to cater to my business clientele.
Unfortunately, when we arrived in your restaurant the table was not
ready so that I and my guest had to wait for one hour and fifteen minutes.
Meanwhile I have reserved that table for 7.00 P.M. Moreover, intermittent
inquiries were received by the maitre d' with rude indifference. Therefore, my
guest became extremely annoyed with your restaurant.
As the customer in your restaurant, I felt uncomfortable by the
service of your restaurant. Your restaurant has to give all guests with the
best service because the restaurant is known as a prestigious restaurant so
that you can preserve that reputation and all your customers will always visit
your restaurant. I hope you will look into the matter and make sure there will
be no such a treatment like I and my guest experienced.
