Dear Mr. Suryana:
Thank you for bringing to my attention about the dissatisfied service
of the restaurant to you and your guest on June 9. I am extremely sorry for
your dissatisfaction that you and your guest experienced in the restaurant and
perhaps it had influenced your relationship with your guest. Meanwhile you had
believed in the restaurant that we could give you the best service as you
expected.
However, allow me to offer an explanation. Shortly, your reservation
had been prepared by our employee but he forgot the number of your table so
that he made a mistake by preparing the wrong table. Therefore, when you
arrived your table had not been ready.
Nevertheless, you and your guest had to accept the best service even
though there were problems so that it became my attention that the
problem-solving is a must to satisfy our customers. Moreover, I have spoken to
the employee with whom you dealt, and I can assure you that in the future you
will get the best service in our restaurant.
Again, I apologize for the events of June 8 and greatly appreciate
your letting me know about them.
