YOGYAKARTA ART FESTIVAL 2016
Well, it has been long time I do not write again in my blog. I long for writing. Because of through writing, I can express many things in my life whether it is about my happiness or my sadness.
This moment, I would like to share you about my experience in Yogyakarta Art Festival 2016. It was so fascinated because you know, it was my first time (September 7, 2016) that I went to that event. Honestly, it was a sudden moment. Why? Because friend of mine names Umam came to my boarding house and he invited me to join and feel Yogyakarta Art Festival. Before going there, we got dinner nearby my campus. After that, we went to there directly by his motorcycle. The street was so jammed. We could hardly move our motorcycle. It took about 30 minutes in the street till we arrive Yogyakarta Art Festival.
Before telling you further about this, I would like to narrate something. Well, you know, I have been studying in Yogyakarta since 2013 and I am scarce to hang out especially in the night. The reasons are I do not have any vehicles, I do not have a real true friend who really understands me, and of course I do not have much money.
Okay, yogyakarta Art Festival 2016 was held in Taman Kuliner Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. There were lots of people there,especially young people. It was amazing because there were lots of creative things there. I could hardly believe it. There were lots of stand which are different with each other and have a unique thing. I watched traditional dances from Kuningan, Jawa Barat. When I was watching that dance, I was imagining if I was on that stage, looked by many people. Wow, how lucky I was.
Me and my friend, Umam, really enjoyed everything in Yogyakarta Art Festival 2016. It was so special for me. We took many photos there and enjoyed the shows.
Yogyakarta is truly amazing.
I have been lucky that I can study in this city.
