Pada hari ini kita akan sama-sama belajar tentang Phrasal Verbs with KEEP. Let's get started!

1. Keep back

It means to conceal
For example :
The young woman was unable to keep back her feelings.

2. Keep on

It means to continue despite difficulties
For example :
He continued studying and retook his IELTS exam the following year.

3. Keep from

It means to prevent somebody from doing something or somebody from seeing something.
For example :
Please keep the children from getting their clothes dirty, they're going over to visit their granny. 

4. Keep off

It means to stop or withhold or just deny yourself something.
For example :
His doctor told him to keep off red meat to lower his cholesterol.

5. Keep down

It means to not vomit, to keep food in your stomach.
For example :
If you're on rocky boat, it's difficult to keep anything down.
