1. Look something up

It means to search information about something.
For example :
I don't know what this word means, I'll look it up in the dictionary.

2.  Look into something

It means to investigate something.
For example :
I'll look into this issue, and I'll give you an update tomorrow.

3. Look for something

It means to search for something, to hope to get something.
For example :
I'm currently looking for a new job.

4. Look ahead

It means to think about the future.
For example :
Looking ahead, the company plans to use its new capital to speed up the development of its finance platform.

5. Look round / around something

It means to look for something for pleasure, for example in a shop or museum.
For example :
He looked round the museum and went to the cafe.
