Living without Culture
Culture is an important
thing in our life. By living with culture will make our life most beautiful.
Because there are many aspects in culture in which we participate directly.
Moreover we cannot be separated with culture. That is why culture exists in each
our activity. We can feel how beautiful this life by using culture. However, we
want to know if we live without culture in an imagination.
If I imagine about
community in which there is no culture in each their activity I am sure that it
will be boring. As we know all of activities can be called culture. For
instance praying, going to the market, making conversation with the others and
so on. Moreover thare are many aspects in our life which it can be called
culture as well. For example food, drink, clothes, house, ceremonies, life
style, religion, language, technology, society, art, music, dance, customs,
values, rules, ideas, concepts, paintings, literature, and also celebrations.
Those are incredible things what we have in this world. Those are like diamonds
which it make our life more beautiful. If those disappear in our life of course
life will be flat instead there is no life anymore. I think people in this
situation will be individualistic. Because there is no communication with the
others and they are maybe egostic person due to events which is often held in
togetherness like celebrations disappears. Perhaps they will fulfill all of
their needs by themselves like making clothes.
In addition, I can
conclude that community dies. Because I make sure that there is no activity in
that community. There are not also variations or something that uses to
entertain our life. Maybe that community do not have a leader and also that
community will be chaotic in each aspect of life. Probably there is no crime.
For instance robbing and deceiving. Because people in that community do not
have desire having luxurious things in their life. Also there is no creation of
people like art or literature even ideas. Because they do not think about works
which it can be useful in the future to be enjoyed by next generations.
We
can compare between two communities in which there is culture in the first
community and there is no culture in the second community. People who live in
the first community has dynamic life. Because they can develop the quality of
their life by using culture. They can also create something new which is very
useful to the others by using culture in their whole life as well. Moreover if
the community dies it will make easier archaeologist to find out who the
community itself due to there are archaeological remains there that can be used
to identify. However, the second community is very strange. Because if the
community dies there are no tools or some sort to identify their character.
In
brief, it so hard to live in community in which there is no culture. Because
living without culture is like agony. Because there are no interesting things
and variation of ilfe.
