Many people in this world belilttle of breakfast. They
always skip breakfast in the morning because they are in hurry to go to study
or work. Actually, after a long night of sleeping the fel
tank is on empty. Like a car won’t
run without gas, your body won’t function right
without its fuel: food. Literrary, breakfast
means to break the fast. People who skip breakfast do not realize that
breakfast has lots of benefits to their brain and their health.
There are four common reasons for skipping breakfast.
First, they do not have enough time. Second, they want to spend the extra time
dozing in bed. Third, there are no available food for breakfast in their house.
According to extensive research in Australia and overseas, breakfast is the
most impostrant meal of the day because people who skip breakfast are heavier
than those who eat breakfast, skipping breakfast may diminish mental
performance, eating breakfast can aid learning, eating high fiber breakfast
cereals reduces fatigue, and people who eat breakfast have more nutritious.
The first benefit of breakfast is regarding brain. At least, there are seven benefits of brekfats. First,
breakfast eaters get better memory and concentration. Second, they do better in
school or workplace. Third, breakfast can help in terms of fitness. Fourth,
breakfast affects their mind as well. Fifth, people who have breakfast will
have better problem-solving skills. Sixth, Breakfast can increase mental
clarity. Seventh, breakfast eaters can be more productive at school or work.
The second benefit of breakfast is regarding health. There are lots of benefits of breakfast
in health, for example improving energy levels and metabolism, providing many
beneficial nutrients and boosting fiber and calcium intake, reducing chance of over-consuming high
kilojoule foods later in the day, stabilizing blood sugar levels, assuring
optimal development and growth, having positive effects on alertness, attention,
performance on standarized achievements tests, maintaining ahealthy weight and
decreasing the likelihood of obesity, strengthening heart, bones, muscles, and
joints, brightening mood by providing energy which helps to build positive
self-images, and helping to develop positive breakfast.
In brief, breakfast is the most important meal of the day
because it influences people’s barin and people’s health.
